The GPX module for Drupal will allow for export of geographically enabled nodes to GPX format. It will probably extend the views module, similar to the way that the RSS Views module works.

GPX is the standard interchange format used for communicating with GPS (Global Positioning System) devices. It can be used for downloading waypoint and track information from your GPS device and also for uploading to it.
